Kathleen "Kay" Livingstone (October 13, 1919--July 25, 1975) was a social activist, organizer, acttress and broadcaster who founded the Canadian Negro Women's Association and organized the first National Congres of Black Women in 1973. Livingstone coined the term "visible minority" in 1975.
